A new view on customers and companies

It is not surprising for us at cluedin, that our customers have highlighted the information we gather on their customers and companies as a pivotal reason that cluedin brings them so much value.

That is why we have been busy re-designing the way that companies and customers look like within cluedin. The focus of the redesign was to achieve what some would call the unachievable. This is, to have all a companies data on an individual company in one single place. All of this while trying to maintain some type of organization and removing all noise. The fact is, there is still work to be done – but our current views are just so much better than the original.

Customer

If you combine these new views with the fact that you can now also configure what is shown on these pages, you get the idea that you can really customize your companies knowledge to fit your individual needs. We will continue to improve these views over time based off customer feedback, so please feel free to let us know what you would like to see. You might notice the handy aggregation widget when you look at a company or person page that gives you breakdowns of the types of data you have for that customer or person.
